GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT This contractual document will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.bayoprofesional.com, owned by GRUPO EMPRESARIAL HERMANOS GARCÍA PÉREZ S.L., hereinafter GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L.
The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:
– You’ve read, you understand and you’re agree with this text.
– Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
– Assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L.
GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
Identity of the contracting parties

Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale and purchase between GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L. and the USER at the moment when he accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, the placing of an order with GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L. will mean the acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L.
SENDING ORDERS
GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L. You will not send any order until you have verified that the payment has been made.
Shipments of goods will usually be made through MESSAGING (SEUR, UPS, DHL, etc.), according to the destination freely designated by the USER.

The delivery dates or deadlines will be considered approximate, not constituting the delay essential breach. In case that GEH GARCIA PEREZ, S.L. had not made the delivery of the goods after 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid without any cost, and without incurring any liability for damages and damages attributable to GEH GARCIA PEREZ, SL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

CLAIMS

OVERWHELMING FORCE
The parties will not incur any responsibility for any fault due to a major cause. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cessation of the case of force majeure.
COMPETITION
The USER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible, the validity, legality and compliance of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer any modification in any way.
The USER declares to have read, know and accept these General Conditions in their entirety.

GENERALITIES OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries made by GEH GARCIA PEREZ S.L. they will be understood subject to the present General Conditions.

No modification, alteration or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of GEH GARCIA PEREZ S.L. or here stipulated will take effect, unless express written agreement signed by GEH GARCIA PEREZ S.L. , in this case, these particular pacts will prevail.

Given the continuous technical advances and improvements of the products, GEH GARCIA PEREZ S.L. reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, until it affects the value of the products offered. These modifications will also be valid if, for any reason, the possibility of supplying the products offered is affected.

PRICE AND DEADLINE OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product DO NOT include the Value Added Tax (VAT). This will be broken down into formalize the basket according to the shipping and billing address and will be expressed in the EURO currency. These expenses, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and accessories to the product or service purchased.

TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES
The prices do not include shipping or communication costs, or installation, or supplementary services, unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary.
The postage will be calculated at the moment of saving the basket. Said calculation is provided per unit of product and by a delivery address.
FORMS OF PAYMENT, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
GEH GARCIA PEREZ S.L. allows 2 ways to make the payment of an order:

• Paypal Payment: Secure payment through paypal account. No discounts or additional charges will apply.
PURCHASING PROCESS
